Wait for the right moment. There are no hard and fast rules as to when this is, but some good indications are that you’re able to look into each others’ eyes for more than six seconds comfortably and stand very close to each other. Privacy or near-privacy is also a very good sign. Above all, make sure you’re both comfortable.

You do want to know if your advance is welcome and there are several ways to signal that you are thinking about kissing her. Take a mint or gum while you are already looking into each other’s eyes. If you’re feeling bold you can skip Step 2 by taking her chin in one of your hands and moving in immediately to kiss her while guiding her mouth. This is a nervy move and requires lots of confidence.

Move your face slowly closer to hers while maintaining eye contact. Speak more softly. If she lets you get close enough to kiss her you are both in luck. Do not break the kiss while doing this and do not rush it, these are not only ways to thrill her but also to make the kiss last longer.
